Schandalen van vandalen hebben mijn spiegel en antenne op brute wijze eraf weten te halen....op geen andere plaats dan direct achter m'n eigen slam + weld shop.... waar normaal alleen incrowd komt voor een fles bier of tussenstop.....een spiegel zo bros en oud.... maar voor mij zoveel waard als f#cking goud....daar ik hen niet heb weten te achterhalen restte mij niets anders dan de vervangende delen zelf te betalen. ..... Geloof mij, wanneer ik weet wie dit deed..... hij zal boeten op een wijze zeer gruwel en wreed!

And yet another project crosses the endline with a truly slammin' endresult, check it out for yourself!

Ready for APK, with it's nose up in the air.....

 And it's final rideheight, a cool look with the gold color (turned out to be a OG VW colorcode:  L98E Platin Metallic), the new supersmooth ragtop fabric, fully polished 4,5 and 5,5 fuchs and ofcourse the slammin' stance...for me personally a true ratlooker in full effect!

New project: 'Golden Oldie' 1960 Ragtop

and yes, another project sees the light: 1960 ragtop.....The plans? Light resto, mostly technical, welding, major droppage, new fabric outerroof, polished fuchs wheels.... and overall cool makeover....

 U can just hear her scream: DROP ME, NOW!! ;-)

The daily beater for the time being, top picture ''as bought'', bottom picture ''as today''.....not too bad to look at right?

the start: a stocker than stock ride...

 The works: shaved, painted and cleaned some stuff. 8cm drop front and back.....

Time for some wheels, had the Porsches still laying around somewhere, found 'em...testfit...looks cool but damn those tires...way too big.....

Ah! Some strechy tires will do the trick, 165-40 on 7'' and 195-45 on 9''........

Too bad I had other things planned for last weekend, so couldn't make it to EBI #4 in Chimay....looks like we missed out on a killer event! ...Next time ;-)
